Old St. Vital Biz (OSVB) is pleased to welcome Mandy Pepe as our new Executive Director. With over 20 years in the insurance industry, including significant roles at Canada Life, Mandy’s professional journey reflects her dedication to serving and connecting with the community. Her recent experience with The Dream Factory, where she worked on impactful, donor-centered initiatives, underscored her commitment to meaningful, purpose-driven work. Now, Mandy is excited to bring her expertise and community-focused vision to OSVB.

Mandy’s transition from the corporate sector to nonprofit work was deeply personal, driven by her child’s battle with brain cancer and a desire to make a positive impact close to home. Her experience in content management, team coordination, and quality assurance has prepared her well to lead OSVB initiatives that foster engagement and support local business vitality.

In her role at OSVB, Mandy is committed to developing community connections that help elevate Old St. Vital. As a first priority, she will be personally visiting businesses throughout the zone, getting to know their needs and goals to better support them. Additionally, she’s excited to spearhead the long-awaited reactivation of the OSVB reader board, creating a new platform to promote local businesses and community events.

When she’s not at work, Mandy enjoys spending time with her husband, Mike, and their three children. She also loves playing hockey and finds balance in the small joys of her favorite season—Fall.
