Security Camera Grant Program
The main goal is to keep your business safe!
The program strives to assist Old St. Vital BIZ members to protect their property, staff, and customers and to increase safety in the Old St. Vital Business Improvement Zone.
Mural / Public Art Grant Program
To improve community health and well-being by assisting to creating murals and promoting public art that will lead to an enhanced business and visitor experience.
Graffiti Removal Program
We have a Graffiti Removal Program that is in partnership with the City of Winnipeg. The BIZ manages and trains the in-house team supplemented by the Provincial Green Team and Canada Summer Jobs employees in the busy summer months. The remaining months are done by the full-time OSVB staff. Funding support from the City of Winnipeg allows for the service to remain free of charge.
