Security Cameras Grant
Security Program Goals:
The main goal is to keep your business safe! The program strives to assist Old St. Vital BIZ members to protect their property, staff, and customers and to increase safety in the Old St. Vital Business Improvement Zone.
How it works?
Grants are available to members only. Grants cover 50% of the cost of purchasing and installing Security Cameras to a maximum of $1,000.00.
How to Apply?
Please complete the application form below and submit it to the Old St. Vital Biz office for consideration. Your application should include a quote showing camera type and specifications from a contractor/supplier of your choice. Applications will be considered on a first come first serve basis.
Approval Process:
Your application will be reviewed by Old St. Vital BIZ and a response will be sent once reviewed.
Reimbursement:
The program works on a reimbursement basis. Upon completion, you submit a copy of your invoice along with “proof of payment”. Upon receipt, your payment will be issued within days. The BIZ reserves the right to inspect your installation prior to reimbursement.
The Fine Print:
Not all the applications will be approved. Missing information, missing quotes or incorrect information will determine the outcome of your application. If all information is complete, approval will be based on how well your project fits the program goals and available funds at the time of application.
Applicants will agree to the Terms and Conditions of the program and will enter into an Agreement with the BIZ.
